On-line Research options for AC&Y / A&BB?

Postby Free-mo Tim » Thu Jun 21, 2012 12:04 pm

Hello all,

Do any of the members have some "favorite" on line sources for AC&Y / A&BB data?

I've been using the Sanborn Fire Maps through the Ohio library systems to research industries (and track alignments).

Bing maps also are a favorite of mine. Makes research easier to relate the current track's locations and previous arrangements.

Another site that I really like to use for other research is "Rails and Trails" http://www.railsandtrails.com/default.htm.
Not a lot of specific AC&Y data but there's some where the AC&Y interacted with other railroads, such as in Akron.

Thanks in advance for your input!
