Most AC&Y fans and modelers would be surprised to know that the Brittain engine terminal had a much different arrangement before addition of the diesel shop and installation of a 90' turntable in the mid-1940's. The turntable before was just 75' in length and the roundhouse was eleven stalls. A...

Jim Evans sent along these photos of a November 1948 derailment of a southbound B&O train at Columbus Grove. Note "CG" tower looks pristine in this image and the DT&I line which paralleled the B&O is still active. REL
