Customer Satisfaction:
At the Akron, Canton & Youngstown Railroad Historical Society, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.
Payments: Pay Pal, Check or Money Order (made payable to Akron, Canton & Youngstown Railroad Historical Society).
Delivery times: Up to 28 days on all items. Please note, that it may take 3 to 4 weeks to process your order. We are a non-profit organization that relies on volunteers, so we are not as fast as for profit companies. However, proceeds from this order are used to help preserve the history of The Akron, Canton & Youngstown Railroad.
Items out of stock: Should your product not be in stock, please contact us, as we will consider reordering if we get enough requests.
Cancellation rights:
You have the right to return any purchases within seven working days of receiving them.
In order to cancel the agreement you need to inform us in writing by email.
All unwanted items must be returned to The Akron, Canton & Youngstown Railroad Historical Society and you must pay all shipping costs. Should we incur any further expense or you fail to return the goods we will charge you for the cost.
Original Packaging:
You have the right to examine goods that you have purchased this includes opening any packaging. You have to take reasonable care of the goods and should you wish to return them you do not have to return them in the original packaging.
Faulty Items:
Should the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item or an item that does not comply with the contract we will pay for return shipping and reimburse you. (Please see refund details below)
Refunds:
We will issue refunds due to faulty or cancelled items as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
These Terms and Conditions May Change:
Akron, Canton & Youngstown Railroad Historical Society reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the acyhs.org Web site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.
